A feature that allows users to receive notifications to their waitlist updates
Description
By selecting the notification time, users can receive notifications of their wait time when it reaches the chosen time. For example, if I selected 10 minutes as notification time, the app will notify me that the estimated wait time has shrunk to 10 min and so get ready to come to the restaurant in time.
