Problem Statement
How might UW students efficiently and easily gain access to information about on and off-campus housing near the UW area?
The Solution
The solution is a mobile app that can be functioned in both the IOS and Android systems. The app allows UW students easier access to nearby UW housing, including apartments, houses, and dorms. Before starting their housing haunting journey, they will create their user profile, including their preferred house plan, roommate preferences, and acceptable rent range.
TYPOGRAPHY
Font
Our team chose to use the font called ‘bitter’. We chose this font because it looked very neat and modest that it would fit very well to our app.
Colors
Since this is an app for University of Washington students, we chose to use our school color throughout our app, which is purple and gold.
High-Fidelity Wireframes
Welcome & Login page
When the user opens our app for the first time, the app directly opens the welcome & login page and allows the user to log in with their email/username and password. If they have not created an account previously, users can click the ‘Don’t have an account?’ button and create an account.
Housing info & Filter system
As users get started with our app, they immediately go to our main page with housing information that is available for the University of Washington students. There are three options they can choose to filter: ' Popular’, ‘Near By’, and ‘Best Deals’.
Detailed Pages
If the user likes a certain option from the main page, they can click on it and see detailed information about the certain option. It will display specific information such as pictures, price, features, pet availability, contact, and website information.
Review Pages
On the reviews page, users can access reviews of customers who have previously or currently lived in that housing and see their ratings and reviews.
Favorites Pages
Users can select that housing as their favorite on the detailed information page by clicking the empty heart on the top right of the screen.
Roommate Matching System
If the user has selected certain housing as their favorite, they can also see other users who have selected that housing as their favorite too.

Reflection.
From this project, I learned about how build on a project from the very start including researching the backgrounds of the topic. Furthermore, I learned to conduct a user testing and editing the product based on the feedbacks received. With the great teamwork, our team successfully finished the project.
